federicocarrer.it is the professional site of Federico Carrer, Trieste, Italy. Contact: through the contact form.

2. What the site offers

Public information about my work, a contact form, and a private area available by invitation to collaborators and clients.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the private area uses a one-time link sent to your e-mail; keep your mailbox secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully; do not try to break it, overload it or access other people's data.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images and design are © Federico Carrer unless stated otherwise. Source code published under an open-source licence keeps its own licence.

6. Availability and responsibility

The site is offered free of charge, with reasonable care but without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We remain fully responsible for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Governing law and courts

Italian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Trieste, except that if you are a consumer you keep the right to the courts of your place of residence.

8. Changes

Changes are published on this page with a new date; continuing to use the private area after a change means you accept it, and you may always delete your account instead.
